Now that you have your nicely outlined picture its time to add some color to it. Before coloring your outline I would recommend practicing coloring quick sketches of it, that way if you don't like the color you don't have to go and start the outline all over. Choose colors that suit the Fakemons type and try not to choose colors that are to contrasting. Make sure not to use to many colors. You may have noticed but Pokemon only have a few different colors each.

Example: I chose blue as the main color because of the water type. The other colors were chosen just because I thought they looked good.

Do you use photoshop for colouring, cause id love to learn how to colour with photoshop.

Yep I do. I just use the paint bucket to color, it makes it really easy.

In photoshop right? If so have you tried changing the 32 at the top when the paint bucket is selected to a slightly higher number? That may fix your problem.
