Manoat
As of yet no evo planned but I think this guy kinda needs one. I kinda like this concept. Its a mix between a Manatee and one of those fan boats that they are not trying to use more of in areas where Manatees live. A regular boats propeller cuts and often kills manatees so they use fan boats a lot now where they live to help protect them so I thought it would be cool to mix the two. Thats why Manoat has so many fins because they spin like a fan.
